Time is valuable for most of our clients and it is the reason why in addtion to our bike tours we have decided to offer concierge services to our guests. Our service is designed to take care of the things you don't have time for giving you time to focus on what matters most.

Pre or Post Trip Hotel Recommendation & Reservation:

Digngo can coordinate your travel arrangements in France or Italy. Our team is familiar with all the cities and towns in those countries and we can recommend and reserve hotels for your pre and post travel plans. In addition, if you would like to have a dinner on the Seine, tour one of the most romantic cities in the world in an iconic car or need a chauffer to take you to your hotel, we will be delighted to arrange anything you might desire to make your vacation a success.

Luggage Delivery:

Why carry your bags through long airport lines when you can forward your luggage to more than 200 countries?

Digngo offers travellers the option to send their luggage ahead of time (including bicycles) to avoid the inconvenience of carrying, checking and even going through customs. If you want to travel care free simply pack your bags and " luggage free " will handle the rest.

Travel comfortably knowing that your luggage will be waiting your arrival. Each bag is insured for $1,000 rather than the customary $500 (you may declare value over the included $1,000 at a rate of $19.95 per $1,000). On your return home, Luggage Forward collects your bags and ships them back home, safely and carefully. It's that easy.

Foreign Currency Exchange:

Traveling abroad in itself can be stressful. Upon arriving overseas, determining the best place to exchange money can only result in additional stress.

Travelex has created a simple, efficient, & productive method for international travellers to buy foreign currency without paying exorbitant fees found in airports, hotels and currency exchange outlets found throughout the world.

In addition since 2005, major credit card companies have added a 3% surcharge to all currency purchases made overseas. The charge is added to your regular monthly statement. It's always best to take foreign currency of the country you are visiting.

Passports & Visas services:

International visitors must have a valid passport to enter Europe. To safeguard against delays at passport and custom checks while traveling, your passport should be valid for at least 6 (six) months following your scheduled return to your home country.

US or Canadien residents do not need a visa to enter Europe as long as their stay does not exceed 90 days.

Non-US or Canadian residents should contact there local Embassy or consulate for travel requirements. For more information about visa and if you need a visa you can count on Zierer Visa Service.
