Please take the time to review the terms and conditions carefully. You will be required to sign a copy of this Agreement in order to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION FEE

PERSONAL HEALTH AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

DIGNGO strongly recommend that you purchase an additional travelers insurance to supplement your existing health insurance in the event of a medical emergency, lost luggage, or any other unforeseen tour-related event. You are solely responsible for purchasing such insurance. There are no refunds for arriving late or departing early from a tour, nor for any meals or services not used while on tour.

If your reason for canceling is because of events beyond your control (e.g. illness, death of a close relative) you may transfer your booking to another party provided that you give us reasonable notice to make such arrangement and that you and the transferee agree to be liable for any outstanding payment under the contract.

VISA AND PASSEPORTS

It is the responsibility of each traveler to verify that they have the appropriate travel documents. DIGNGO cannot be held liable for any expenses and costs arising from failure to get entry into a country.

TOUR CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

DIGNGO reserves the right to make changes to your tour and / or may cancel your tour in certain circumstances. Ex: if the safety of the quality of the tour is deemed to be compromised. It is highly unlikely that we would cancel a tour but in that event you will receive a full refund. However we will not reimburse you for personal expenses such as hotel, airline tickets and train reservation due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations. In case of a natural disaster or civil unrest, which would force us to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund.

In addition DIGNGO reserves the right to accept or reject any participant, to expel any person from the tour, whenever deemed necessary for the comfort and enjoyment of other guests

RESERVATION

In order to reserve one of our tours we require a deposit of 500 USD per person (50% non refundable). The balance of your payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Payments can be made by visa, mastercard, amex on our website or you can contact us and will give you our bank account information so that you can arrange with your bank to transfer the funds directly into our company account.
DIGNGO charges a single supplement to individual travelers who wish to ensure that they have private rooms throughout a tour. (Single supplements are considered part of the trip price and are subject to cancellation fees). Finally, to complete your reservation, you must fill out, sign and return our terms and conditions.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. However DIGNGO is required to collect personal information (such as passport details, drivers license information) in order to plan your vacation. We appreciate the sensitive nature of this information and will not share it with third parties (other than as required for hotel as a part of your vacation) without your express written permission. By signing this agreement and or providing your initial deposit, you are consenting to DIGNGO collecting and using your personal information as required to plan your vacation and provide you with proper services.

HEALTH

By signing this agreement and / or sending us your initial deposit you certify that you do not have any physical conditions or disabilities that would create a hazard for you or other travelers and that you have received all appropriate vaccination and inoculations. DIGNGO strongly recommends that you consult with a qualified doctor and undertake a full physical exam before traveling with us.

EXPENSES

DIGNGO is not liable for expenses such as hotels, meals or transportation that are necessary to get to and from the tour start or end unless noted otherwise.

MENUS AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Dinner includes appetizer / salad, main course with wine, dessert and coffee.
Lunch (see detailed itinerary to see when it is included and not included).
Other alcoholic beverages are at the discretion of our clients.

RISKS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

By signing this release form and providing a deposit, I hereby acknowledge that DIGNGO tours may involve physically demanding activity and that there is the risk of serious personal injury, including permanent disability and death from accidents, illness or the actions and negligence of other persons. I understand that medical facilities and services may not be easily accessible. I further acknowledge and assume all other risks including but not limited to theft, loss of or damage to property and that some services provided such as lodging, transportation, local guides, activities are obtained from independent suppliers over whom DIGNGO has no control and cannot be held responsible for their actions or their failure to act. I agree to release and save harmless DIGNGO and release them from all liability for economic loss and physical or mental injury, direct or indirect, arising in connection with the tour - including, without limitation, permanent disability and death; any emotional distress; any loss of services, financial support, aid, consortium or companionship; and any damage to or loss of property – in each case even if caused in whole or in part by the conduct, including the negligence, of DIGNGO except where such loss, injury or damage is caused by reckless or fraudulent conduct on the part of DIGNGO or its employees. I acknowledge that the cost of all DIGNGO tour is based upon participants executing the agreement. Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate on such trip(s), I hereby release and discharge forever DIGNGO from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in this tour. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, and legally binding upon all members of my family, heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives. I agree to indemnify and save harmless DIGNGO in respect of any claims arising in connection with its tours.

The term “DIGNGO“ refers to DIGNGO S.A.R.L. a company incorporated in Switzerland. Any claim, litigation or dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, this limitation of liability, release and indemnity or its interpretation, the trip, or the traveler’s relationship with DIGNGO will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Switzerland and will be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
