First of all we will start by sending you a detailled questionnaire with a lot of detailed questions so that we get to know you better, know where you would like to go, when, the number of travelers etc...
Discussion
Then we will contact you and have an initial discussion with you to determine exactly the sort of vacation you would like to have. Are you celebrating a birthday? Are you more into outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hot air balloon or more into wandering at the market and meet with a local chef for a cooking class?
Should every evening be organized or do you want some nights off on your own? Those are answers we need before we can start to design a tour for you.
First Draft
Our team will then start to design your dream vacation and within ten (10) days we will send a draft with some basic thoughts and deas. The draft will not include the name of hotels or restaurants it will just be a rough idea of what we can organize for each with detailed activites each day.
Booking
Once you agree and approve what we have designed for you and in order for us to make all the bookings (book hotels, reserve restaurants, organize events…) we will advise you of the trip price and ask that you send us 30 % of the total amount for the tour; at this point the initial deposit becomes fully non-refundable. Full payment is due no later than 90 days before the start of the tour. If you book the tour within 90 days of the starting date of your vacation we ask that you send us the full balance for the tour.
