Day-By-Day Highlights
 Meet in Beaune a medieval town also known for being the wine capital of Burgundy. Gather in the hotel courtyard for a welcome drink and a biking fitting sesson. Bicycle in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune and world renowned villages such as Chassagne, Pommard and Meurseault famous for its chateau with its colorful roof tiles. The chateau was built in 1332 & is now turned into the town hall. Dine in an authentic wine cellar beneath the town of Beaune.
 Bike along the cliff of St romain and enjoy stunning views one of France most famous wine-growing region. On the way meet wit some of our local friends for a tasting. Tour the medieval city of Beaune and enjoy a guided tour of the 15th century "Hotel Dieu", a tile sudded showcase of flemish-Burgundian architecture and history.
 Enjoy a true home style breakfast before heading on the bike route for a memorable day. Bike along the route des Grands Crus through the towns of Aloxe, Vosne Romanee & try some of the best wines in the world at some of the region most famous estates. Cycle by the Clos de Vougeot, a chateau with a 125 acre vineyard dating back to the 12th century. The evening is at out favorite estate in Burgundy the chateau Ziltner a former wine grower house with just 11 rooms that are beautifuly decorated.
 Go through famous towns including, Morey-St-Denis, Gevrey Chambertin, where you get to taste different grand cru with the guidance of our local friends & wine makers

Bike in the Burgundy countryside and along the Burgundy canal.
Eat at a local restaurant along the way mostly know by the locals where you get to taste Burgundy most famous dished (oeuf en meurette, escargots de Bourgogne...)
Dine at the amazing Michelin Starred Abbaye-de-la-Bussiere a former cistercian monastery now turned into a luxurious hotel.
This morning and after a final breakfast together at the hotel l'abbaye de la Bussiere, your trip leaders drive you to the Dijon train station at around 12 PM.
From there you have the choice to either take the train back to Paris and fly back home after a memorable week in Burgundy, or you may choose to stay some more time in France and do some more sightseeing.

Hotels in Burgundy

Dating from the Middle Ages, it is ideally located within steps of the shops and restaurants in the center of Beaune.
The courtyard is a great spot to unwind over a glass of wine, and the tower staircase leads to an incredible view over the city's medieval rooftops. The three salons on the ground floor and the bar are good places and spend enjoyable moments throughout the day.

The Chateau Andre Ziltener (2 nights) in Chambolle-Musigny is one the most beautiful estates in Burgundy.
The chateau has only 10 rooms which have been individually designed and decorated with Louis XVI furniture and they all have great marble bathroom as well. The chateau doesn't not cater to mass tourism but welcomes visitors who enjoy great architecture and noble vintages.

Dating back to the 12th century and surrounded by a lake and botanical garden La Bussiere (1 night) is set on 15 acres.
Purchased by the Cummings in 2005, the abbaye offers a unique experience not only historical but professionally with the staff, cuisine and amenities. The rooms which all have views on the lake have been individually designed to provide the greatest comfort
