Starting around the famous lake Leman, one of the largest lakes in Western Europe, your bike tour then takes you inland and toward the famous mountain villages of Gstaad and Zermatt. Known as a small country in the heart of Europe, Switzerland is famous for its incredible alpin landscape and local delicacies such as the fondue, the raclette and many more. Featuring 17 peaks rising above 4000 meters the landscape makes it an incredible destinations for hiking and bike tours. Transfer to a local cafe in the vineyards and toast with the other people in your group to your arrival with some delicacies from nearby vineyards. Take an easy ride heading to the town of Epesses for a wine tasting.
Enjoy a buffet breakfast overlooking the lac Leman and then start ridding along the lake before reaching the town of Morges and the chateau of Vufflens. Following a long downhill to the town of Rolle, enjoy lunch at a cozy bistro before following nearly deserted roads back to your hotel.
Transfer to the wonderful village of Villars-sur-Ollon and then switch your road bike for a mountain bike as today’s ride is through the woods and along flower-filled alpine meadows.
Today's ride goes into the mountains to the town of Gstaad and the German part of Switzerland. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Transfer to the famous town of Zermatt, a famous destination in both winter and summer times.
This morning and after a final breakfast together at the Firefly, your trip leaders drive you to the Lausanne train station at around 12 PM.
